Your first appointment at Facial Theory is all about understanding your skin properly. We’ll talk through your current routine, what’s been happening with your skin and what you’d like to improve. I’ll assess your skin, explain what I see and tailor your treatment to what it needs on the day. From there, I’ll recommend the best next steps for you, including treatments, skincare and anything worth focusing on at home. You don’t need to know what treatment to book before you come. That’s my job.

A more in-depth online consultation for ongoing or inflammatory skin concerns such as acne, eczema/dermatitis, rosacea and persistent sensitivity. Rather than looking at the skin purely from the outside, we’ll take a wider view of what may be influencing it, including your skincare, lifestyle, stress, diet, symptoms and how the body may be functioning as a whole. The aim is to work together to understand the patterns behind your skin and get closer to the root of what may be driving the issue, rather than simply managing it topically. Following your consultation, I’ll create a personalised, protocol-led skin plan combining targeted skincare with specific skin health and lifestyle recommendations, so you have a clear approach to follow both internally and externally.

A fully bespoke facial built around how your skin presents on the day. It combines deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions where needed, facial massage and targeted masks or LED.

An intensive resurfacing facial. A warming resurfacing mask is followed by a cooling, calming mask.

A needle-free "bio-revitalisation" peel combining a low-strength TCA with nourishing ingredients, designed to work without the visible peeling of traditional peels.

Using cryotherapy to remove flat pigmentation and sun spots from the face or body.

Removal of unwanted skin tags on the face, neck or underarms, using diathermy/electrolysis or cryotherapy. Price includes up to 10 skin tags.
